Eligibility requirements
Before submitting a letter of inquiry, please confirm your organization meets all of the following criteria.
Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in good standing
Programs directly serve homeless adults, children, or families
Programs address food insecurity or provide nutritional support
Programs support animal shelters or abandoned animal welfare
Operating budget under $5 million annually
Located in or primarily serving communities in Central Texas.
Application process

Submit letter of inquiry
Complete the form below with a brief description of your organization and proposed project.

Foundation review
Our board reviews all letters of inquiry within 30 days and responds to eligible applicants.

Full application invitation
Invited organizations receive a full application with detailed requirements and deadlines.
04
Board decision
The board meets quarterly to review full applications and notify all applicants of decisions.
