Our programs
Where your support goes
We fund vetted charitable organizations working on the front lines of homelessness, food insecurity, and animal welfare in Central Texas.
Homeless services
We partner with shelters, transitional housing programs, and outreach organizations that provide emergency shelter, case management, and pathways to stable housing for adults and families experiencing homelessness.
Food security
From food banks and community pantries to school meal programs, we support organizations ensuring that no child or adult in our region goes to bed hungry.
Animal shelters
The Moline-Shen Foundation also supports the efforts of animal shelters, helping provide care, rehabilitation, and adoption services for animals in need across Central Texas.
How our donation process works
We keep our process straightforward so organizations can focus on their mission, not paperwork.
Submit a letter of inquiry
Tell us about your organization, the population you serve, and how donation funding would be used.
Foundation review
Our board reviews all letters of inquiry and evaluates alignment with our funding priorities.
Invitation to apply
Selected organizations are invited to submit a full grant application with supporting documentation.
Award & reporting
Grant recipients are notified, funds are disbursed, and grantees provide a brief impact report.
